This durable hand press machine is made from cast iron and is perfect for long-term usage. It allows you to quickly and easily cover blank button molds with fabric.
To use the machine, simply insert the spring-loaded part of the die set into the base plate and the bottom part of the blank button mold into the die. Then, place a pre-cut piece of cloth into the upper part of the die, followed by the cap part of the button. Place the upper part of the die onto the bottom part and press down using the long ergonomic handle.
The machine is compatible with fabric covered button making dies only and has an upper part size of 6.9mm and a bottom part size of 18.6mm. Covered buttons can be used on jackets, jumpers, cardigans, soft furnishings, and for crafting.
The machine is compatible with die sets for button blanks measuring 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15.7mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 37mm & 42.2mm, which are available separately.
Please note that the machine may have some minor paintwork blemishes, but these will not affect its performance. The pack includes the machine only, and dies are available separately.
