This feature allows for convenient and straightforward access to typically hard-to-reach areas when installing hardware onto your material. Dies are used in pairs with the bottom half simply slotting into base hole and the upper half being thread into the shaft directly above.
Now that The Green Machine Hand Press® is correctly set up for your chosen hardware, installation is simple. However, the process can differ slightly depending on the chosen hardware and we’d always advise you to view our installation videos if you get stuck. Once familiar with the process simply attach the corresponding parts of the hardware to the installed dies, position the material in place, and press the handle of the machine down firmly – handle grip pads are also available to alleviate stress on the hand. Once fully compressed gently release the handle and voila! You have your hardware in place.
